Cancellation Policy
Late for appointment
I allow a 15 min grace period. Anything after 15 minutes will be charged a late fee of $25.
No Call No Show
No call, no shows will be charged the full price of your service. In addition, no more requests for appointments will be made.
Late Cancelations
A 50% cancelation fee will be applied for cancelations within 24 hours of appointment. (This is 50% of the original service you booked)
Late Reschedules
If a reschedule is needed within your 24 hours of your appointment, an additional $50 will be applied to the service.
Disabled Cards
If the card on file has been disabled to avoid any of these fees, please be advise that no future appointments will be approved until fees are paid up front. If fees are not paid, no more appointments will be approved.
Scheduled Services
Please schedule ALL services needed. Example: if you are needing a previous style taken down, please select a takedown service along with the new service. This provides a spot long enough to fulfill your service.
In Addition
Communication is key! If you're having trouble making, canceling, rescheduling or changing the service of your appointment, please contact me. I'm willing to work with all my clients, new and old. But you have to be willing to communicate.
